This year we present you ‘EARTH: THE TREASURE TROVE',
an enlightenment on the momentousness of mother Earth. A congregation for self-realization , compliment ,applaud
and to know the worth of our planet Earth .’EARTH -The treasure trove’ is
an endeavour with the motto of making mankind realize the uniqueness of mother Earth . welcomes all the enthusiastic contenders to exhibit their hidden talents and to encourage others with their perception.
A platform for all- writers , singers , artists , cinematographers and what not!!!!!

  • NOTE:
    • ** Participants and accompanying teachers can carry money to buy the food items and handmade jewels, cards ,paper bags etc.at the stalls put up in the school.
    • ** Exhibition participants should ensure that they keep their stalls ready by 9.30 AM.
    • ** The timings and venue for the events are tentative and subject to change as per the availability of the judges and other circumstances.

COMPETITION GUIDELINES

  1. Drawing sheets will be provided from the school.
  2. Participants should bring the colouring materials.
  3. Participants can use poster colours or acrylic colours.
  4. Only one participant per school is allowed.
  5. Poster should be based on the theme 'Earth-The Treasure Trove'
  6. Time limit will be one hour.
  1. Participants should carry their own waste materials for the competition.
  2. Participants should make models which can be reused.
  3. Only one participant per school is allowed.
  4. Time limit will be 30 minutes.
  1. Skit should adhere to the theme. (दीप्तिमान धरती -Radiant earth)
  2. It should be presented in Hindi
  3. No use of slangs and un-parliamentary language in the skit
  4. Only one team per school is allowed. Team can have maximum five members.
  5. Time limit will be 4 minutes.
  1. An extempore speech is an impromptu speech which the candidate is required to make on a topic given at the time of competition.
    No prior preparation is permissible.
  2. Students should adhere to the topic.
  3. Only one participant per school is allowed.
  4. Time limit will be 1 minutes.
  1. Shloka should be recited in Sanskrit and should be based on nature.(Prakriti varnana)
  2. Participants should submit two copies of the shloka to the judges before recitation.
  3. Shloka should be memorized.
  4. Student should start their recitation by saying the title of the shloka.
  5. Only one participant per school is allowed.
  6. Time limit will be 2 minutes.
  1. Clay models should be based on the topic, ‘Earth: the treasure trove”
  2. Participants should carry the required stationary such as clay, clay tools etc
  3. Models should be made in the school only.
  4. Only one participant per school is allowed.
  5. Time limit will be 60 minutes.
  1. Quiz will be conducted on the topic Environment
  2. Only one team per school is allowed register. A team must comprise of 2 participants
  3. Quiz round 1: General Knowledge
  4. Round 2: Current affairs
  5. Round 3:Bio diversity
  6. Round 4 :Literaturen
  7. Round 5: Rapid Fire Round
  8. PRELIMINARY ROUND – (In case more than 4 teams register)on
  9. Each team would be given a set of question paper containing 20 multiple choice objective type questions
  10. Time limit - 10 minutes
  11. Only 4 Teams would be selected for STAGE ROUNDS
  12. In case of tie between 2 or more teams, further 5 questions would be asked for final selection
  13. The selected teams shall have to appear for the final round
  1. Essay should based on the topic ' Anthropocentric'
  2. Essay should write in English language only
  3. Word count limit is Around 250 to 300 words
  4. Plagiarism is highly prohibited
  5. Only one participant per school is allowed.
  6. Time limit will be 60 minutes.
  1. Photos should be based on the theme ’Flora and Fauna’ and should be clicked on the spot within the school premises.
  2. Participants should bring their own digital camera with cable or card reader.
  3. Each participant can submit maximum three entries.
  4. Only one participant per school is allowed.
  5. Time limit will be 60 minutes.
  1. Students can shoot movie at home on any ingenious moments, beauty of nature etc
  2. Duration should be maximum 5 minutes
  3. CD should be submit on competition day

UNVEIL (EXHIBITION) GUIDELINES

  1. Students should be ready by 10:30AM.
  2. Only one team per school is allowed. Team can have maximum three members.
  3. Usage of eco friendly materials will be appreciated
  4. Teams are supposed to demonstrate the project whenever they have visitors
  1. Team will have maximum 4 minutes for their team introduction ,presentation and demonstration
  2. Students should have sound and rigorous knowledge of the applied concepts.
  1. Project should be a working model based on the theme.
  2. Projects involving heating are not allowed.
  3. One plug point per team will be provided, if required.
  1. The project can be a working model or a static model.
  2. Oral presentation for the project must not exceed 3 minutes.
